TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AFFILIATE ACCOUNT

1. General information
The affiliate account is designed to produce online sales of Radius Manager licenses using websites of the owner of an affiliate account.
The owner of an affiliate account EARNS 20% COMISSION for every sale produced by the affiliate link (the percentage may vary with prior notice).
The comission is paid for the affiliate by Share-it on a monthly basis.

2. Account activation
A website is required to use our affiliate system which we'll monitor regularly. To activate the affiliate account, the owner of the account has to email us the URL of the website which is used to sell Radius Manager licenses. If the website is eligible, we'll activate the affiliate account and send a notification to the account owner in email.

We reserve the right to accept or deny any affiliate registration request without further explanation.

3. Limitations
It is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to produce sales if the buyer is the owner of the affiliate account (e.g. to sell licenses to yourself). Doing a such action causes a IMMEDIATE TERMINATION of the affiliate account.
